Tenderloin production has been the backbone of Northcote Meats since it's inception by owner C.R. Northcote in 1972. Starting small in 1960 C.R. began hand cutting and breading tenderloins in his basement, for his then restaurant Stadium Drive-In "Pinky's", honing the recipe that is now a beloved staple for many.
